Thank you for your interest in submitting your paper or availing services from The Legal Gazette (thelegalgazette.com). By submitting your article, making a payment, or subscribing to any service on our platform, you agree to the terms set out in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

 

Submissions and Acceptance

  • Once an article has been accepted for publication and the fee has been paid, no refund or cancellation of payment is permitted. However, the author may choose to refrain from publishing the article.

  • If an article is rejected, any payment made for review or publication (if applicable) will be refunded.

  • If an article is withdrawn before acceptance, any applicable publication fee will be refunded.

 

Payment for Services

  • All publication-related payments, such as manuscript reviewing fees, editorial processing fees, or any other service charges, are non-refundable once paid.

  • Payments are only collected after preliminary review and acceptance of the manuscript for publication.

 

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following special circumstances:

  • Administrative errors or system malfunctions resulting in incorrect charges.

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., unforeseen technical issues, legal restrictions, or other emergencies preventing publication).

  • If duplicate payments are made for a single article, the extra payment(s) will be refunded after deducting the applicable fee for that submission.

 

Subscription Model

  • During the free trial period, users have the option for a free exit with no charges.

  • However, once the trial period expires, no refund will be provided for the subscription fees.

 

Requests for Refunds

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at admin@thelegalgazette.com with details of your submission and payment. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be communicated within 7-14 business days.

  

Changes to the Policy

The Legal Gazette reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
